'Capsule Collection' includes bib tights, bib shorts, and jacket

British clothing brand Sealskinz, who originally made a name for itself after the launch of a waterproof sock in 1998, has recently added to its wardrobe with the release of a waterproof clothing range, the Sealskinz Capsule Collection.

The range was inspired by the trend in recent years for lightweight, waterproof, performance-orientated clothing, and includes a jacket, bib tights, bib shorts, leg warmers and cycling tights (bibless tights) designed for long distance riding in harsh conditions.

At the moment the range is only available in men's sizing for fit and chamois shape.

The material used throughout the range is waterproof up to a level of 10,000mm (hydrostatic head), which is pretty impressive, and Sealskinz also point out that flat lock, taped seams are used throughout as well, in an effort to boost comfort.

The jacket also features a YKK zip, which you can lock open and shut, depending on how far up you want to zipper to be pulled.

The Capsule Collection joins the Water Repellent jerseys that the brand already produce. Prices start at £70 for the leg warmers, up to £190 for the jacket.
