Tom Pidcock took the win in the Junior Men's Time Trial, and uploaded his stats to Strava

Tom Pidcock's rise and rise continues, and he added another jersey to his collection with the win in the Junior Men's Time Trial at the UCI World Championships. The 18-year-old put almost 12 seconds into his nearest rival to show there's not a race or discipline he can't win.

Soon to make his professional debut in cyclocross, Pidcock uploaded his ride file to Strava which shows his rapid average speed of 43.8km/h.

The ride also gained him a KOM and plenty of segment best times, as you'd expect.

Pidcock will now need to concentrate on recovering before he next takes the start line in the Junior Men's Road Race on Saturday morning, where he will start as the favourite.

The Yorkshireman has entered plenty of race as the favourite so the pressue is unlikely to phase him, but he'll be a marked man and will need to ride the perfect race to come away with the double.
