Ahead of this week's Timelaps race, Red Bull has released its latest RAW 100 video following crit racing star Alec Briggs on a typical training day.

Starting in the concrete jungle of Central London, Briggs starts his ride ebbing and flowing through the physical obstacles of the city, crossing the river, working his way south through the suburbs of London.

Picking up three mates along the way, Briggs eventually makes his way into the quiet, rolling lanes of rural Surrey for a fast and furious training ride.

Despite starting the ride at dawn, Briggs doesn't finish his ride until the evening, which gives perfect opportunity to show his luminous Tag watch that features heavily throughout.

Briggs is one of the most exciting talents on the criterium scene currently, consistently racing well at the famous Red Hook series.

This training ride was taken ahead of the Red Bull Timelaps race this Saturday, in which teams will compete in a 25-hour race against the clock around Windsor Great Park.

Exploiting daylight savings the teams, including Briggs's squad, will race around the course for all 25 hours of that day, with the final hour seeing laps count for double.
