The bike ridden by the Ribble Pro Cycling team will be available to buy as seen

Ribble has launched its flagship aerodynamic frame the Aero 883 in a unique custom colour paint job, with it claiming to be its 'fastest frame ever'.

The new Ribble Aero 833 Pro Team Edition was revealed by the brand as the bike that will be used by its own Ribble Pro Cycling.

The custom paint job has been inspired by the rolling countryside of Lancashire and will be available for the public to buy via the Ribble BikeBuilder.

This BikeBuilder will also allow you to ride the exact same set-up as the Ribble pro team who are set to use some the best components available to buy.

This includes a full SRAM Red eTap groupset, Zipp 404 Firecrest wheels, Zipp carbon stem and handlebars, 25mm Vittoria Corsa G+ tan wall tyres as well as a Quarq DZero power meter. With this particular build, the bike will retail at £6,729.

While the limited edition framset can only be purchased with the components named above you can build up a more traditional black version of the frame with a wider choice of groupset, wheels and finishing kit.

Pro rider and manager of the Ribble Pro Cycling team Jack Rees spoke of his excitement at having these special edition bikes at their disposal.

'I think the public’s reaction to the bike mirrored that of the riders,' he said. 'We are both excited and delighted to be riding what we regard as the best bike in the UK Peloton. The bike and equipment package is first class and we can't wait to get racing.'
