The Ridley bikes come with brand new Dura Ace and Enve wheels

Aqua Blue Sport are selling their 2017 Ridley team bikes and they are quite the steal. Having moved over to the 3T Strada for 2018, this clear out of old bikes could be highly beneficial to any amateurs looking to get a pro set up at a good price.

In total there are 15 Ridley Noah SL bikes on sale ranging from Dan Pearson's extra extra small up to Calvin Watson's large, with even former British National Champion Adam Blythe's bike available.

The 17 bikes were once on sale at €4,900 but have now been reduced to €2,999 for a limited period and are available to buy here.

Also up for sale are two Ridley Helium SLX bikes in small and medium that once belonged to Mark Christian and Lars Petter Nordhaug respectively.

The stand out bike on sale is American National Champion Larry Warbasse's former Ridley Noah SL bike in medium. In the team's blue and gold, it comes fitted with full Dura Ace 9150 Di2, Fizik saddle, a pro 140mm stem and is topped off with Enve SES F+R tubular wheels.

Add that altogether at retail price and you will be paying a small fortune but as you'll be buying from the Irish team you will be getting the bike, which has been looked after by professional mechanics for a year, for €2,999 (£2,659 approx).

To put this into perspective, the wheels when sold as new at retail price will set you back a cool £2,299.

The selling of team bikes has been a regular occurrence other the years. Previously blast from the past Vacansoleil sold their team edition Bianchis after disbanding as a team and the Lotto-Soudal under 23 squad often sell their training Ridley bikes.
