Sir Chris Hoy and Lizzie Deignan headline London Bike Show

A host of names from the world of cycling including Tom Pidcock and Phillipa York set to speak across the weekend

Sir Chris Hoy and Lizzie Deignan are among a host of names that will be in attendance at the 2018 London Bike Show from 23rd to 25th February.

The six-time olympic gold medalist Hoy will open the show on the Friday alongside former road race World Champion Deignan and newly crowned junior men's cyclocross World Champion Ben Tulett at the London Excel Arena.

Beyond this trio, the weekend will also host a mix of other stars from British cycling including multiple Olympic Champion Joanna Rowsell Shand, former Tour de France King of the Mountains winner Phillipa York and cyclocross talent Tom Pidcock.

It will not just be professional cyclists taking the stage as Sophie Faldo, winner of the 2017 Great British Bake Off, will also be in attendance. Besides her time in the Bake Off tent and period in the British army, Faldo is also a keen track cyclist.

Tickets for the show start at £4 for those under 16-years-old costing £16 for adults and can be found at the London Bike Show website.

The likes of Hoy and Deignan will not be the only draws to the show with over 300 brands exhibiting over the weekend. These include the like of Cannondale, Cervelo and Science in Sport as well as some of the country's largest cycling retailers.

Within the arena youngsters will also get the chance to try out some of the top kids' bikes on the market at the Hope Academy kids' test track while adults will be able to have their fun on the indoor StreetVelodrome.
