In aid of charity, this jersey and cap combo will help provide bikes round the world

The latest kit collection from London-based cycling kit brand Romance could be mistaken for just another high-end hipster cycling drop for lovers of artisan black coffees, oiled facial hair and ironic tattoos, however it's anything but. Yet again, Romance is partnering up with an artist in order to sell limited edition kit with all profits going to charity.

This time it is joining forces with Spanish artist Felipe Pantone to produce its Romance x Felipe Pantone jersey and cap combo with all proceeds going to World Bicycle Relief, the charity which aims to provide bikes around the world to the most disadvantaged.

The jersey and cap combination costs £110 and has been released on a limited run. The jersey is unisex with sizes of XS to XL while the cap is one size fits all. The jersey, in fitting with its look, comes in a racey, pro fit.

Both items can be bought at the Romance website.

The artwork of Pantone is highlighted vividly in the jersey. Pantone uses his background in graffiti, digital abstraction and typography to produce a unique style reminiscent of the BBC test card for those that can remember.

The jersey incorporates monochrome and colour in a geometric pattern while the cap is largely black and white with a blue peak.

This is not the first time that Romance has partnered with an artist in aid of charity. Previously, the brand linked with Camille Walala producing a Mondrian-esque jersey and cap, again, with the profits going to World Bicycle Relief.
