Cycling UK wants to know what is your favourite cycling coffee stop

Cake and coffee are an important part of any good bike ride. In fact, without them, what's even the point of riding a bike? And the crux of any good cake and coffee stop is the cafe. Every cyclist has their favourite and for many different reasons.

For example, my favourite's the Kemsing Italian Deli in Kemsing (surprising, that), Kent. Family-run by Ed from Sicily and Alice from Sardinia, it's a perfect piece of Italian goodness serving delicious paninis and cappuccinos that transport you straight to Tuscany or somewhere equally beautiful.

Cycling UK is asking you to vote for your favourite cycling cafe of 2019 'to find the best, friendliest and tastiest cycling cafés across the UK'. The charity will pick a winner from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and announce each online on 8th November.

All you have to do is explain in 100 words or under why your cafe is deserving of the award and the winners will be selected by an independent panel of 'expert' judges.

You can only vote for one cafe, the cafe's owners/staff cannot vote for themselves and you can also provide a picture of the place, too.

Today (Monday) is the last chance to enter so click here to make the case for your local cafe.
